The countdown to the world’s biggest half marathon is on and you can be part of the action by signing up with Town’s Official Charity, Huddersfield Town Foundation!
The AJ Bell Great North Run will see 60,000 incredible people take their place on the start line on Sunday 8 September and travel 13.1 miles towards the beautiful coastline of South Shields.
The Great North Run is a run for everyone, of all ages and abilities, whether it’s your first event or your 50th. It's an inclusive festival of running, with music blazing, crowds buzzing, legs pumping, and fists bumping. There’s nothing quite like it!
The Foundation have one final place available for one lucky runner. Make your miles matter and join the team fundraising to make a difference across Kirklees!
The final place will be allocated at random, with whoever is successful being required to fundraise a minimum of £500 in donations.
The successful applicant will have the honour of wearing a branded running vest and will receive training plans, sponsorship and fundraising guides alongside assistance to set up online fundraising platforms.
